Description

  • Process funds transfers of varying types and complexity across multiple processing platforms.
  • Initiate designated manual transactions.
  • Resolve routine exceptions and provide secondary approval for initiated or repaired transactions.
  • Complete high-level financial reconciliations of processed transactions.
  • Conduct preliminary investigations into reconciliation exceptions.
  • Monitor live transactions across multiple processing applications.
  • Apply established policies and procedures when addressing exceptions.
  • Escalate unresolved exceptions and significant issues through the appropriate channels.
  • Maintain compliance with the applicable control framework.
  • Identify and report potential conflicts with relevant regulations.
  • Support basic change management activities, including operational regression testing using approved user testing scripts.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent, combined with related experience or relevant product knowledge.
  • Typically requires at least three years of experience.
  • A comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may substitute for a degree.
  • Knowledge of account reconciliation, application processing, control frameworks, customer solutions, end-to-end testing, financial accounting, people management, processing, and reconciliation practices.
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of operational functions, problem management, process management, standard operating procedures, treasury services, and wire transfer or Automated Clearing House (ACH) processes.
  • No certifications or licenses are required.
  • No required or preferred language assessments.
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM Eastern Standard Time.
  • PNC does not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT.
