Trade and Transaction Reporting Analyst in Gurugram (Onsite)
Support MiFID trade and transaction reporting through regulatory submissions, controls, exception handling, and breach management. Maintain reporting documentation while working with bank stakeholders and governance teams.
Description
- Manage exceptions, reconciliations, control testing, process activities, and the investigation and resolution of reporting issues.
- Support trade and transaction reporting processes across assigned activities.
- Prepare and submit trade and transaction reports to regulators.
- Follow established controls and help meet regulatory obligations.
- Complete daily MiFID reporting activities, including report validation, submissions, exception handling, corrective reporting, and issue management.
- Identify regulatory reporting breaches and escalate them promptly.
- Present reporting breaches to internal governance forums.
- Keep records current for regulatory changes, new requirements, internal process updates, and business support requests.
- Assist the supervisor with day-to-day people management and continuing staff support and development.
Requirements
- Knowledge of asset classes such as rates, credit, equities, foreign exchange, futures, and structured trading businesses.
- Previous experience in a middle-office or operations setting is preferred.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
- Working knowledge of front-to-back processes that support a stable, controlled trading environment.
- Understanding of regulatory reporting obligations and requirements.
- Awareness of risk and control frameworks, including process, control, and supervisory documentation.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
