Description

  • Increase access to care by expanding Nabi’s referral network
  • Identify prospective healthcare providers and establish lasting referral partnerships
  • Conduct in-person outreach, lunch-and-learns, and practice visits
  • Educate providers about Nabi’s services and guide them through the referral process
  • Strengthen existing provider relationships to generate patient referrals
  • Communicate Nabi’s model and help make referrals more efficient
  • Partner with clinical and operations teams to support positive provider and patient experiences
  • Work from a home base while visiting providers regularly, attending local events, and representing Nabi in the field

Requirements

  • Work independently and effectively in a field-based startup environment
  • Communicate clearly and build trust with healthcare providers
  • Use a relationship-focused, consultative approach to outreach and partnership development
  • Stay organized and self-directed while managing a pipeline and following through with limited oversight
  • Knowledge of eating disorders, disordered eating, or weight-inclusive care is preferred
  • A demonstrated history of turning clinical relationships into patient referrals is preferred
