- Administer Linux and Windows environments
- Resolve incidents and fulfill service requests
- Manage system patching, backups, and restorations
- Take part in voluntary on-call rotations
- Develop Bash and Python scripts and Ansible playbooks
- Support the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines
- Use Git for version control, including branch management and code reviews
- Deploy virtual machines with Proxmox
- Operate Docker and Kubernetes environments
- Strengthen infrastructure monitoring
- Support cloud adoption and modernization initiatives
- Work with Development, Product, and Support teams
- Keep technical documentation up to date in Confluence
- Manage work items in Jira
Requirements
- Prior experience in infrastructure administration
- Advanced Linux proficiency
- Working knowledge of Windows Server
- Ability to script with Bash or Python
- Experience with Ansible
- Understanding of Git branches, pull requests, and code reviews
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as Proxmox or KVM
- Experience with Docker and basic Kubernetes knowledge
- Production Kubernetes, database, AD/Entra ID/LDAP, cloud, infrastructure-as-code, observability, and networking experience is advantageous
- A curious, self-directed, and methodical approach
- Willingness to seek assistance when needed
- Two to five years of professional experience
