- Lead external communications strategy and maintain consistent messaging across channels.
- Turn complex subjects into clear, audience-focused stories and content.
- Build relationships with stakeholders and influencers, and grow relevant communications networks.
- Coordinate and moderate events.
- Support communications and public appearances for senior leaders and executives.
- Review communications content for alignment with internal guidelines and sensitive information.
- Oversee external agencies and service providers.
- Represent communications matters to internal and external stakeholders.
- Propose ideas and help improve communications activities.
Requirements
- University degree in communications, media, public relations, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in strategic and operational communications.
- Experience in a complex, regulated, or politically influenced environment.
- Healthcare, digital health, digital transformation, politics, public affairs, or communications agency experience or sector knowledge is preferred.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders, ideally including government or institutional representatives.
- Strong grasp of strategic external communications and sound judgment when handling sensitive content.
- Experience working with executives and senior management; event moderation experience is preferred.
- Independent, organized, and proactive working style.
- Confident presence, excellent communication skills, and ability to engage diverse audiences with key topics.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English.
