  • Lead external communications strategy and maintain consistent messaging across channels.
  • Turn complex subjects into clear, audience-focused stories and content.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and influencers, and grow relevant communications networks.
  • Coordinate and moderate events.
  • Support communications and public appearances for senior leaders and executives.
  • Review communications content for alignment with internal guidelines and sensitive information.
  • Oversee external agencies and service providers.
  • Represent communications matters to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Propose ideas and help improve communications activities.

Reikalavimai

  • University degree in communications, media, public relations, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in strategic and operational communications.
  • Experience in a complex, regulated, or politically influenced environment.
  • Healthcare, digital health, digital transformation, politics, public affairs, or communications agency experience or sector knowledge is preferred.
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders, ideally including government or institutional representatives.
  • Strong grasp of strategic external communications and sound judgment when handling sensitive content.
  • Experience working with executives and senior management; event moderation experience is preferred.
  • Independent, organized, and proactive working style.
  • Confident presence, excellent communication skills, and ability to engage diverse audiences with key topics.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English.
