Specialist Administrative Analyst – Procurement and Cost Analysis

Description

  • Maintain the ACG and Claim applications
  • Build and track productivity dashboards
  • Create market intelligence forms and supporting tools
  • Manage pricing information and the supplier database
  • Oversee the creation, maintenance, and use of CSO templates in Coupa
  • Aggregate project baselines into macro-indexes
  • Build and maintain a centralized database of detailed baselines
  • Develop and deploy AI agents for analyzing technical and commercial proposals
  • Execute due diligence activities
  • Incorporate Teams meeting records into negotiation workflows and Award Reports
  • Investigate process irregularities with emphasis on Compliance
  • Administer procurement activities according to established best practices and department guidelines

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Production Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline
  • Professional experience in contracting, procurement, and supply chain operations
  • Background in contract negotiations
  • Experience performing cost analysis, including total cost of ownership (TCO) assessments
  • Advanced Excel proficiency for data analysis
  • Project experience in civil construction, electromechanical assembly, or comparable environments
  • Experience preparing or evaluating RFPs and RFQs
  • Familiarity with procurement platforms such as SAP or Coupa
  • Advanced English proficiency is preferred
  • Knowledge of or experience with ISO 14001 and Environmental Management Systems is desirable
