Description

  • Create Salesforce solutions with Apex, LWC, and integrations tailored to customer needs.
  • Develop AI agents and internal tools that reduce repetitive work and improve operational efficiency.
  • Build Python scripts and utilities for customer onboarding, automation, and data processing.
  • Use AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development, investigate unfamiliar areas, and work effectively with evolving specifications.
  • Convert unclear or complex customer needs into Salesforce configurations, automated flows, and integrated solutions.
  • Partner with R&D, Product, and Customer Success to deliver platform features suited to service-based implementations.
  • Implement, enhance, and connect the Salesforce-based compliance platform.
  • Develop code and integrations, migrate data, and resolve ambiguous technical challenges across customer projects and environments.

Requirements

  • Practical experience as a full-stack or backend software engineer.
  • Strong command of object-oriented programming.
  • Experience developing complex business logic, APIs, and process automations.
  • Regular use of AI coding tools such as Claude, Copilot, Cursor, or comparable tools in daily development.
  • General knowledge of AWS services, including S3 and Lambda.
  • Capacity for independent learning, adaptability, and rapid understanding of new concepts.
  • Collaborative approach suited to a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in Hebrew and English.
  • Prior Salesforce development or implementation experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, or complex Flows is a significant advantage.
