Site Contracts Associate (Remote, Serbia)

Parexel is seeking a Site Contracts Associate to negotiate and administer clinical trial agreements from Serbia. The role supports compliant, efficient contracting with research sites and internal teams.

Description

  • Prepare and negotiate clinical study, service, team member, and related agreements
  • Assess site feedback against applicable local legal and business considerations to support internal decisions
  • Maintain compliance with ICH-GCP, local regulations, and company procedures
  • Coordinate communication among internal teams, research site personnel, and external partners
  • Oversee contracts from initial drafting through execution and archival
  • Develop effective working relationships with clinical trial sites and internal stakeholders
  • Spot potential contract risks early and work with the Site Contract Lead on resolutions
  • Monitor contracting activity in real time and provide timely status updates
  • Contribute to process improvements that make contracting more efficient, transparent, and consistent

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian, Serbian, and English
  • Demonstrated negotiation ability with a diplomatic approach
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound analytical reasoning and problem-solving ability
  • Confidence working as part of a virtual, international team
  • Professional composure and an assured presence under pressure
  • High attention to detail and a consistent focus on quality
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s degree in law, economics, business, social sciences, or a related discipline
  • No previous industry experience is required for Level I
  • Level II candidates must have Life Sciences experience
