Description

  • Launch paid-traffic landing pages from Meta, Google, and influencer campaigns, aligning each page with its audience, creative, and intent.
  • Build and refine mobile-first product pages with variant logic, subscription offers, bundles, reviews, and trust signals.
  • Turn AI-generated HTML and Figma designs into reusable Shopify Liquid sections and blocks.
  • Manage a structured CRO program from hypothesis development through implementation, testing, analysis, and iteration.
  • Run and interpret A/B tests in Shoplift.
  • Improve cart and upsell journeys in Rebuy.
  • Track conversion rate, average order value, subscription rate, and revenue impact.
  • Own measurement across GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel and CAPI, Consent Mode, UTMs, and Elevar.
  • Improve Core Web Vitals and overall page speed.
  • Maintain JSON-LD schema, canonical tags, and sitemap health.
  • Keep the Liquid theme clean and fast as StayAI, Klaviyo, Rebuy, quizzes, and other capabilities are introduced.
  • Use Claude Code, Cursor, v0, and similar AI development tools to accelerate delivery and review code before release.
  • Create AI workflows for content and static ad production.
  • Collaborate directly with the Founder & CEO and Head of Growth.
  • Independently own the storefront, recommend experiments, and challenge ideas unlikely to improve conversion.

Requirements

  • Hands-on Shopify theme development with Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including personally built live pages.
  • Demonstrated CRO experience with A/B testing, documented methodology, and before-and-after results.
  • Ability to turn a design into a functional, tracked landing-page section quickly.
  • Working knowledge of GTM, including client- and server-side setup, GA4, Meta CAPI, Consent Mode, and UTMs.
  • Experience with subscription platforms such as Recharge, StayAI, or comparable tools, plus Klaviyo.
  • Ability to build with AI tools and review, refine, and validate AI-generated code.
  • Fluent English at C1 level or above.
  • Comfort working independently without direct reports.
  • Full-time, exclusive availability without side clients, freelance work, personal stores, or active side ventures.
  • Based in Brazil.
  • Availability to overlap with US business hours from ET through PT.
  • Preferred: background in health, wellness, or supplement-focused DTC.
  • Preferred: ability to create layouts and wireframes in Figma.
  • Preferred: experience with GSAP, Framer Motion, Rive, or Lottie.
  • Preferred: experience producing AI-generated content and static ads at scale.
  • Preferred: technical SEO experience with schema.org and structured data for AI search.
