SEO Analyst at Jobrack

Own technical, content, and local search initiatives for Strategy Collective’s multi-location healthcare clients. Lead audits, GEO testing, reporting, and practical recommendations that improve visibility and conversions.

Description

  • Direct content, technical, and local SEO programmes across several client accounts
  • Manage Google Business Profiles, citations, reputation signals, and locally focused link acquisition
  • Assess websites and location pages for factual accuracy, quality, and optimisation potential
  • Plan and execute SEO and GEO tests, including A/B testing programmes focused on visibility and conversion gains
  • Turn successful SEO and GEO methods into repeatable client programmes
  • Evaluate competitors and stay informed about Google algorithm changes and AI search developments
  • Translate industry and platform changes into prompt, actionable guidance
  • Measure outcomes and produce performance reports
  • Convert analytical findings into concise, decision-ready recommendations
  • Present strategy and results to clients, senior executives, private equity stakeholders, and internal leaders
  • Manage direct reports working standard North American hours
  • Coordinate with writers, developers, and paid media specialists
  • Apply content, technical, and local SEO expertise across healthcare accounts

Requirements

  • Demonstrated capability in technical, content, and local SEO, including keyword research, site auditing, schema, crawl control, and indexing
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Business Profiles, citation development, and local search ranking signals
  • Practical experience with Yext, BrightLocal, or comparable local listing platforms
  • Working understanding of generative engine optimisation and AI-powered search
  • Documented success overseeing several client accounts at once
  • Strong client-facing communication skills with C-level and private equity stakeholders
  • Ability to interpret performance data, sequence priorities, and explain findings to non-technical audiences
  • Experience serving healthcare or other multi-location clients
  • Practical experience designing and running SEO A/B tests
  • Experience with Birdeye or similar reputation management software
  • Previous agency experience
  • Able to overlap with U.S. Central Time for at least 4–5 hours each day
  • Available to work until approximately 2:00 PM CT
  • Comfortable handling asynchronous communication outside core overlap hours
  • Willing to work remotely as an independent contractor
  • Available for a primary full-time role without freelancing or secondary employment
