Senior Visual Designer – Presentations & Framer

Description
- Develop tailored PowerPoint decks, master templates, and component systems for pitches, keynotes, and internal strategy work
- Convert complex financial and technical information into accessible visual stories
- Design, build, and publish responsive landing pages in Framer
- Create reusable design tokens, adaptable layouts, and custom animations or micro-interactions
- Direct graphic design and typographic systems for proposals, RFP blueprints, business cases, whitepapers, and reports
- Maintain and expand corporate brand guidelines while protecting brand consistency
- Produce supporting assets such as custom icons, asset libraries, and marketing collateral
- Partner with marketing, sales, and executive teams to turn briefs and raw copy into polished visual communications
- Identify unaddressed design needs, develop missing blueprints, and create practical solutions
- Apply feedback constructively and contribute effectively within a small team
Requirements
- At least 8 years of professional experience in visual, brand, presentation, or multidisciplinary design
- Experience working with technology brands is preferred
- Advanced command of Microsoft PowerPoint, including layouts, animations, and master slides
- Advanced Framer expertise, including CMS configuration, component states, and native animations
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or Figma
- Experience using Claude Design or other AI design language models is helpful
- Strong editorial typography, information hierarchy, grid systems, and multipage document design skills
- Ability to convert complex charts, tables, and numerical data into clear visual diagrams
- Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interpret briefs and recommend stronger visual concepts
- A comprehensive portfolio featuring live Framer sites, presentation decks, structured document layouts, and cohesive branding projects
