Description
- Lead the full UX/UI design lifecycle for AI-native employee products, from framing and discovery through prototyping, validation, delivery, and iteration.
- Design clear experiences for complex enterprise workflows, AI interactions, and consumer digital products across web and mobile.
- Develop information architecture, user flows, journey maps, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished high-fidelity interfaces.
- Turn business, operational, and user needs into practical, visually refined product experiences.
- Design intricate scenarios involving varied user roles, approvals, exceptions, dashboards, data-rich screens, and operational processes.
- Use interaction patterns that address AI uncertainty, transparency, user control, feedback, error recovery, and trust.
- Prototype and evaluate emerging approaches to AI interaction.
- Plan and conduct user interviews, contextual research, stakeholder workshops, and usability studies.
- Combine qualitative and quantitative findings to guide design decisions and product recommendations.
- Explain design rationale, align stakeholders, and integrate constructive feedback.
- Build, maintain, and govern Figma-based design systems, reusable components, interaction patterns, and documentation.
- Work with product and engineering teams on feasibility, handoff, implementation reviews, and quality assurance.
- Develop focused coded prototypes when needed.
- Promote accessibility, responsive behaviour, visual consistency, and consumer-grade product quality.
- Assess shipped interfaces and work with engineering to close design gaps.
Requirements
- Bring at least six years of professional UX/UI or product design experience, including demonstrated senior-level responsibility.
- Showcase end-to-end design work in a portfolio covering enterprise applications, AI-powered products, or consumer platforms across web and mobile.
- Use Figma at an expert level for wireframing, prototyping, component libraries, variables, design systems, and developer handoff.
- Have experience designing complex, workflow-intensive, or data-rich applications.
- Apply user research, usability testing, and iterative product development methods in practice.
- Communicate clearly and facilitate effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Work practically with HTML5, modern CSS, and JavaScript.
- Understand TypeScript and at least one component-based framework, such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Know how responsive design, browser behaviour, accessibility, and performance affect product experiences.
