  • Drive user-centered discovery in partnership with product and UX teams
  • Define user needs, workflows, roles, intended use, acceptance criteria, accessibility requirements, adoption plans, operating ownership, value hypotheses, and measurable outcomes
  • Convert research, journeys, workflows, rules, handoffs, exceptions, data dependencies, and human decision points into UX designs, interaction patterns, prototypes, and implementable UI requirements
  • Own responsive frontend architecture for human-AI experiences, including design systems, component composition, state, secure sessions, accessibility, browser performance, API integration, telemetry, and graceful failure
  • Lead modern UI development with JavaScript or TypeScript and React, Next.js, or comparable component-based frameworks
  • Turn UX designs and prototypes into accessible, high-performance production interfaces
  • Apply full-stack expertise to API contracts, integrations, data flows, and production support
  • Design and deliver human-AI experiences that integrate model services, LLMs, RAG, search, agents, BI, and deterministic automation
  • Establish risk-based approaches to UI, accessibility, integration, and end-to-end testing
  • Support CI/CD, phased releases, telemetry, rollback procedures, incident response, browser performance, runbooks, and support ownership
  • Coordinate governance activities and GxP controls
  • Develop reusable UI components, interaction patterns, and delivery playbooks
  • Lead root-cause investigations, measure adoption and experience quality, mentor engineers, and improve frontend practices
  • Work with product, backend, data, and ML teams to turn designs into production interfaces connected to APIs, services, data, and AI capabilities
