Requirements
- Bring at least three years of recruitment experience, including two or more years in technology hiring.
- Have worked in a startup or scale-up.
- Demonstrate international sourcing experience, especially in the US, Europe, Latin America, and other major technology markets.
- Have used ATS platforms and other recruitment tools.
- Be familiar with recruitment AI or the broader AI ecosystem.
- Have experience with employer branding, compensation benchmarking, or other talent acquisition initiatives.
- Work proactively and independently in a high-trust environment.
- B2B contracting is preferred; other arrangements may be considered.
