Senior Structured Credit Financial Consultant – Remote Brazil
Originate structured credit and liquidity solutions for industrial companies. Build C-level relationships and manage corporate financing transactions.
Description
- Source, assess, and manage corporate transactions involving structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solutions with borrowers and senior decision-makers
- Assess working capital and corporate debt needs for companies generating more than R$15 million in annual revenue
- Analyze project structures and financing requirements
- Maintain consistent origination activity against a benchmark of two structured contracts per week
- Coordinate with credit desks and investment committees to validate proposed transactions
- Support medium-sized and large companies commercially, with a particular focus on industrial businesses
Requirements
- Bring an active client portfolio and verifiable direct relationships with C-level leaders, finance directors, and shareholders at medium-sized and large companies exceeding R$15 million in annual revenue
- Demonstrate practical knowledge of credit structures, FIDCs, asset managers, private funds, and institutional or federal funding facilities such as BNDES
- Understand financial statements, credit theses, valuation, and financial engineering
- Be able to evaluate complex projects and working capital or corporate debt requirements
- Show initiative, commercial judgment, results focus, operational discipline, and strong negotiation and closing ability
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
- Have highly senior commercial experience with middle-market and large corporate clients, including an active portfolio and established industrial-sector relationships
