Description
- Lead Polaris Frontrunner engagements from qualification through delivery and value realization
- Align business units, Frontrunner teams and Common Tech around shared goals
- Coordinate Common Tech contributions, maintain the Frontrunner roadmap and secure delivery team commitments
- Track deliveries and proactively manage risks, dependencies and obstacles
- Facilitate planning, governance and decision-making across stakeholders
- Update leadership on progress, priorities and escalations
- Promote Frontrunner objectives across Common Tech
- Connect strategy, technology and execution to create business outcomes and develop long-term capabilities
Requirements
- Hold an academic degree in engineering, computer science or a related technical field
- Have an R&D background developing complex software-intensive products and systems
- Bring product development experience from industrial or other technically advanced organizations
- Have led initiatives in matrixed or decentralized organizations, influencing and aligning stakeholders across teams
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills
- Bridge technology and business by turning technical challenges and opportunities into strategic direction and business value
- Have professional proficiency in English
- Pass security vetting under current security protection regulations
- Meet any additional citizenship obligations that may apply to roles requiring security clearance
