Description
- Lead professionals through complex customer-facing engagements
- Develop methodologies that strengthen the Americas Solution Architect team
- Serve as the local technical lead for customer management activities
- Design Pentera platform deployments for complex customer environments
- Lead technical deep dives on penetration testing procedures and remediation strategies
- Track security trends, threats, and attack techniques to improve customer outcomes and the platform
- Educate customers as a Pentera product expert, driving adoption and identifying service expansion opportunities
- Address product or service concerns to support customer loyalty
- Connect customers with Product, R&D, and Support teams to surface recurring issues and influence platform improvements
- Build strong customer relationships that support retention and growth
Requirements
- At least five years of hands-on penetration testing or red team operations experience, with strong cybersecurity knowledge
- Two or more years managing technical teams
- Ability to script in Python, Bash, PowerShell, or a comparable language
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to audiences with varied expertise
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, monitoring, and managing TCP/IP networks
- Strong problem-solving ability and creative, unconventional thinking
- Self-directed, eager to learn independently, and collaborative
- Willingness to travel periodically to meet customer and business needs
- CISSP, OSCP, or an equivalent certification is preferred
