Description

  • Use knowledge of the healthcare environment and Siemens Healthineers products and services to create customized solutions for strategic, long-term customer partnerships.
  • Lead matrixed teams in strengthening relationships, refining and presenting solutions, and progressing partnership contracts.
  • Coordinate solutions that span Siemens business units, people, processes, and technologies.
  • Work with North American and Global Enterprise Services teams to track portfolio updates and changing customer needs.
  • Identify, engage, advance, and advise prospective customers.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective customers and active projects.
  • Develop and share effective practices with Value Partnership Solutions Architects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 8–10 years of experience in medical technology or healthcare operations.
  • Understanding of healthcare industry trends, challenges, and regulatory developments relevant to Siemens customers.
  • Knowledge of financial models and solutions tailored to customer-specific situations.
  • Confidence engaging with senior healthcare executives.
  • Strong executive presentation, content development, messaging, creative collaboration, and communication skills.
  • In-depth understanding of healthcare technology and digital platforms and their role in supporting healthcare institution workflows.
  • Flexibility to travel throughout the assigned region and occasionally beyond it.
  • Sales experience is preferred.
  • Availability to travel up to 30% within the assigned territory.
  • Ability to work with controlled technology in compliance with U.S. export control law.
