Senior Solutions Architect, APAC (Sydney Hybrid)
Lead technical discovery, demonstrations, and integrations that bring Harvey’s legal AI platform to enterprise customers across APAC. Partner with sales, product, engineering, and customer success teams throughout the customer lifecycle.
Description
- Work with Account Executives to conduct technical discovery, define solutions, and increase platform adoption among enterprise customers across APAC
- Present Harvey’s AI capabilities through product demonstrations and technical briefings tailored to customer workflows and business objectives
- Act as the main technical contact for prospective customers on APIs, security, authentication, and platform integrations
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to turn customer feedback and market knowledge into product enhancements
- Contribute across the sales process by building relationships with legal, IT, and executive stakeholders at prospective organizations
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in solutions architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting within a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong knowledge of APIs, security frameworks, cloud architecture, and platform integration
- Ability to work with enterprise customers and communicate complex technical subjects to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience partnering with sales or go-to-market teams on pipeline development and deal execution
- Interest in artificial intelligence, legal technology, or professional services, with motivation to build deeper domain expertise
- Based in Sydney
