Senior Software Engineer II - .NET and Angular, Gurugram Onsite

Description
- Build customer relationships to clarify business needs and lead requirements-gathering sessions
- Manage change requests and coordinate dependencies across teams
- Define and maintain the final enhancement backlog
- Establish application scope and objectives, then prepare technical and functional specifications
- Conduct technical architecture and code reviews
- Lead testing activities, including unit testing, system testing, and implementation validation
- Evaluate delivery status and support data-information planning
- Coordinate on-call coverage and maintain effective system monitoring
- Maintain the technical development environment
- Develop and recommend solutions for technical issues affecting the team
- Communicate engineering standards and secure agreement on proposed solutions
- Lead collaborative sessions covering requirements clarification, design, code review, and troubleshooting
- Contribute to vendor assessment activities
Requirements
- Bachelor of Technology, Bachelor of Engineering, or MCA degree
- At least five years of relevant professional experience
- At least three years of hands-on experience with C# and .NET Core
- Professional experience building RESTful web services and APIs
- At least two years of experience developing web applications with Angular 4 or later
- At least four years of experience with C#, ASP.NET, and Entity Framework
- Working knowledge of database queries
- Experience developing software in line with published standards, design guidelines, and design patterns
- Experience deploying and maintaining code or services in a cloud-hosted environment such as Azure
- Experience with Azure DevOps Services, including Boards, Pipelines, and Repos
- Strong communication skills
- SQL database experience and/or multilingual development experience is preferred
- Experience mentoring colleagues, leading multiple small projects, and providing troubleshooting support is preferred
- Healthcare information technology experience is a plus
