Description

  • Develop autonomous agents that coordinate design, supply chain, production, and quality workstreams
  • Integrate factory systems with design platforms and material management tools
  • Build decision logic and workflows for autonomous factory operations
  • Create monitoring and control tools for agent-driven production workflows
  • Work with automation engineers to integrate autonomous capabilities into factory systems
  • Build data pipelines that deliver real-time factory and supply chain information to decision systems
  • Keep autonomous systems safe, secure, and compliant with applicable requirements
  • Improve system speed and responsiveness for real-time factory operations
  • Document system architectures, workflows, and decision logic

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
  • 5–7 years of software development experience
  • Strong background building distributed systems and workflows
  • Proficiency in Python or a similar programming language
  • Experience integrating multiple systems or APIs
  • U.S. citizenship or nationality, U.S. permanent residence, or lawful admission to the U.S. as a refugee or asylee
  • Completion of Blue Origin’s standard background check
