Senior Security Solutions Architect - North Carolina Remote

Lead cybersecurity, IT compliance, audit, and secure-solution engagements for TEKsystems Global Services. Oversee client delivery, RMF and FedRAMP programs, risk management, solution design, and cross-functional teams.

Description

  • Oversee multiple sales opportunities, account teams, and client programs
  • Provide sales support and solution assurance for client services
  • Translate customer business needs and technical requirements into delivery priorities
  • Design and advance solutions collaboratively with customers and stakeholders
  • Set expectations and resolve sales, stakeholder, and delivery concerns
  • Build delivery teams for new client engagements
  • Compile solution status updates and proposed cost information
  • Communicate and manage sales and solution escalations
  • Establish knowledge management and sales-to-delivery knowledge transfer practices
  • Track sales and solution risks and opportunities through resolution
  • Coordinate solution change-control activities
  • Evaluate practice pipelines and opportunities, assess product lines, and perform solution health checks
  • Build and maintain customer reference relationships
  • Contribute to account strategy planning and execution
  • Control requirements, deliverables, budgets, contracts, schedules, risks, assumptions, and customer satisfaction
  • Protect engagement profitability and identify potential future business
  • Coach, manage, and develop product and project team members
  • Complete annual performance reviews and deliver employee feedback
  • Expand audit and compliance capabilities while connecting IT with audit functions
  • Clarify audit issue requirements and create Management Action Plans
  • Plan external, internal, and regulatory audit activities
  • Develop security controls and compliance programs, including POA&M processes
  • Coordinate between auditors, IT Risk, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery, application, and database teams
  • Create, test, and implement DoD RMF and FedRAMP compliance plans
  • Assess artifacts and infrastructure for DoD, RMF, and FedRAMP certification readiness

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • At least 15 years of information technology or professional services experience, including substantial subject-matter expertise
  • At least 15 years of IT service management or project management experience delivering programs and overseeing daily delivery or consulting in a professional services setting, or equivalent experience
  • Background delivering projects and programs while administering client professional services agreements, including change management
  • Regular engagement with external customers at Director level or above, typically at the CXO level
  • Demonstrated consulting and interpersonal capabilities
  • Experience across audit, compliance, and risk governance
  • Experience implementing audit management control frameworks, including data governance and compliance processes
  • Experience with HIPAA, HITRUST, CRISC, and AI Governance accreditation
  • Experience working in CMMC, CISA, DISA, IL5, IL6, STIG, NIST, COBIT, ISO, and FedRAMP environments
  • Experience developing DoD RMF and FedRAMP plans aligned with NIST 800-171 and NIST SP 800-53
  • Experience designing and analyzing secure systems for Network and Secure Operations
  • Knowledge of security procedures, processes, and tools
  • Ability to write clear, concise Standard Operating Procedures
  • Strong conceptual reasoning and analytical abilities
  • Ability to organize and prioritize complex work in a fast-changing environment
  • Experience leading teams and working collaboratively across functions
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Exceptional people and personnel management abilities
