Description

  • Run discovery sessions, customer presentations, and solution walkthroughs for systems integrators and enterprise audiences.
  • Demonstrate Glasslake in SAP program scenarios spanning fit-to-standard, configuration, documentation, and testing across SAP Activate phases.
  • Scope deployments, prepare solution overviews, and complete technical sections of RFPs and security questionnaires.
  • Align customers’ programs, landscapes, and RISE Private Cloud or Public Cloud deployment models with Luzid’s rollout.
  • Explain Glasslake to technical audiences and respond to questions about clean core, extensibility, integration, and testing.
  • Organize customer and prospect feedback on product gaps, objections, and use cases for Product and Engineering.
  • Support Account Executives in sales discussions and represent Glasslake’s SAP expertise.

Requirements

  • Bring at least 10 years of SAP experience, with a functional module background; Basis experience does not qualify.
  • Have worked as a module lead, project manager, or solution architect on S/4HANA transformations.
  • Have experience running S/4HANA programs, including Activate gates, estimation, scope and change control, RAID, cutover, and hypercare.
  • Have experience with brownfield conversions to Private Cloud under RISE.
  • Understand fit-to-standard methods and design workshops in depth.
  • Have a global systems integrator background, such as Accenture, Deloitte, TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, IBM, Cognizant, Wipro, PwC, or a similar firm.
  • Be skilled at customer-facing presentations, demonstrations, and handling objections.
  • Be able to write clear, concise proposals.
  • Have excellent written and spoken English.
  • Greenfield S/4HANA Public Cloud experience is a plus.
  • Previous pre-sales, solution engineering, or bid/RFP experience at a systems integrator or software vendor is a plus.
  • Experience integrating enterprise systems such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, CPI, and BTP is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ALM and testing tools such as Cloud ALM, Solution Manager, Signavio, Tricentis, and Worksoft is a plus.
  • Industry experience in manufacturing, CPG, life sciences, retail, or logistics is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools is a plus.
