Description
- Drive presales work through solution design, proposal preparation, and presentations to senior and C-suite stakeholders
- Identify and pilot SAP Business AI applications that improve client processes
- Advise on SAP SAC and BDC capabilities spanning application development, automation, data, analytics, integration, and AI
- Design clean core-compliant extensions for SAP S/4HANA
- Coach and develop junior and mid-level consultants
- Promote ongoing learning and structured knowledge sharing
- Develop and sustain trusted client relationships
- Strengthen Deloitte’s position as a strategic SAP transformation partner
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Directors and Partners
- Lead end-to-end SAP implementations while advancing operational excellence
Requirements
- Bring extensive, progressive SAP technical architecture experience across S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, Business Data Cloud, BW, and integrations with other analytics platforms
- Demonstrate experience designing complex architectures in manufacturing, retail, FMCG, and pharmaceutical environments
- Have at least 15 years of SAP delivery experience as an Architect, Technical Lead, Project Manager, or in an equivalent role
- Show end-to-end architecture design experience across hybrid SAP landscapes
- Possess deep expertise in data analytics, data warehousing, S/4HANA architecture, SAP HANA in-memory technology, and landscape planning
- Lead client workshops, present to C-suite stakeholders, and build agreement around complex architecture decisions
- Translate business needs into effective system, process, and data designs
- Manage cross-functional delivery teams and mentor consulting professionals
- Communicate clearly and effectively in writing and conversation
- Create high-quality architecture documentation and proposals
- Understand SAP data architecture, business reporting needs, and integration technologies
- Combine strong client relationship management with technical expertise and commercial judgment
