Senior Regulatory Solutions Analyst at The Cigna Group (Remote, Connecticut)

Drive regulatory change, compliance delivery, reporting, and implementation for The Cigna Group’s global health-benefits business. Partner with business, technology, legal, data, and compliance teams to turn complex requirements into operational solutions.

Description

  • Direct complex compliance programs and regulatory change management work
  • Oversee compliance delivery strategy and execution
  • Interpret, implement, monitor, and operationalize regulatory requirements across CGHB products and services
  • Lead large-scale regulatory implementation programs involving multiple functions
  • Manage compliance reporting obligations and maintain audit-ready reporting practices
  • Convert complex regulations into practical business solutions
  • Assess compliance risks, opportunities, and business impacts
  • Use data-driven analysis to inform decisions and regulatory oversight
  • Advise senior leaders and business partners on regulatory matters
  • Influence stakeholders across CGHB, Cigna Healthcare, Evernorth, and enterprise compliance teams
  • Collaborate with Regulatory, Compliance, Legal, Business Operations, Technology, Data & Analytics, and enterprise stakeholders
  • Document clear requirements, including written Epics, and lead walkthroughs

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in business analysis, program management, compliance, or a related field
  • Advanced capability in data analysis, reporting, validation, and collaboration with Business Intelligence and Data & Analytics teams
  • Expertise in regulatory reporting, including report design, data governance, quality controls, validation, and audit-ready practices
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional programs and regulatory implementation efforts
  • Experience delivering work through Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Background in regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and operational readiness
  • Experience supporting business and technology initiatives, software delivery lifecycles, and organizational change adoption
  • Experience with OpenPages, KnowledgeXChange, Jira, or comparable governance and delivery tools is preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities
  • Capacity to work independently and develop recommendations
  • Ability to interpret and analyze large data sets and assess complex regulatory requirements
  • Home internet via cable broadband or fiber-optic service with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload when working remotely
