Description

  • Develop a tenant administration console that surfaces status, configuration, feature flags, and onboarding health.
  • Replace legacy BI reporting dashboards with native React components connected to a new data layer.
  • Create visualizations for behavioral and event data, including time-series views and activity by user or tenant.
  • Design interfaces with strict tenant boundaries across component state, caching, and API requests to prevent data leakage.
  • Integrate with evolving REST and GraphQL APIs as provisioning, configuration, and data-access services mature.
  • Make configuration workflows clear by showing operators the change, its target tenant, and its expected effect.

Requirements

  • At least five years of professional React development experience with TypeScript in production applications serving real users.
  • Experience developing administration or back-office consoles for multi-tenant SaaS products.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization, including time-series charts and dashboards using suitable charting libraries.
  • Ability to work with changing REST or GraphQL APIs, including version changes and backward-incompatible updates.
  • Strong state-management practices and the ability to enforce tenant data isolation throughout a multi-tenant administration interface.
  • Preferred: experience building front ends hosted within or embedded in a broader application platform rather than deployed entirely independently.
  • Preferred: experience converting legacy BI or reporting dashboards into custom-built interface components.
  • Preferred: familiarity with accessibility standards for enterprise administration tools.
  • Legal authorization to work in India, with or without visa sponsorship.
  • Required English proficiency.
