Description

  • Lead the profiles, loyalty, and collection-management tools for Trove’s gamified trading-card marketplace
  • Design product experiences across iOS, Android, and web
  • Develop and maintain the shared design system and component library for design and engineering
  • Partner with engineering from early concepts through launch
  • Bring together feedback from brand, loyalty, engineering, and founding teams
  • Create clear, cohesive experiences while contributing fresh product ideas
  • Prototype frequently and integrate AI into the design workflow
  • Raise product quality, consistency, adoption, and delivery velocity
  • Build effective cross-functional relationships and help guide product direction

Requirements

  • At least six years of product design experience, supported by a portfolio of consumer products you helped create
  • Experience shipping products for iOS, Android, and web
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
  • Use AI as part of your design workflow while applying independent judgment to final decisions
  • Experience in an early-stage environment and comfort operating with minimal structure
  • Strong creative instincts and a willingness to explore unconventional approaches
  • Based in New York City
