Senior Operations Manager, Security Consulting

Description

  • Lead the Operational Security business, with a focus on embedded client consulting.
  • Oversee daily embedded consulting operations and client needs across West Africa.
  • Monitor and assure the quality of consultants’ work.
  • Manage commercial client engagements, project costs, administration and financial records.
  • Deliver high-quality work and ad hoc consulting in response to client needs.
  • Build client relationships through collaboration and regular visits.
  • Manage consultants throughout their assignments, beginning with recruitment.
  • Prepare quarterly project reports and identify development priorities.
  • Deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Develop and implement operations management processes.
  • Support embedded consultants and address their welfare concerns.
  • Manage consultants in line with client requirements, company policies and international standards.
  • Define new project scopes and write proposals.
  • Identify, select, vet and manage third-party suppliers and vendors.
  • Develop and manage sales leads.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering high-standard security consultancy services.
  • Substantial experience in security risk management delivery.
  • Commercial skills related to providing risk management services.
  • Strong report-writing skills.
  • Experience managing client and consultant relationships successfully.
  • Highly developed communication skills.
