Senior Manager, AI Enablement (Remote, US)

Lead Collette’s adoption of Microsoft Copilot and AI agents, setting governance and improving data readiness. Help teams bring trusted AI into everyday work across the tour operator.

Description

  • Lead company-wide adoption of approved AI tools, workflows, agents, copilots, and human–AI practices.
  • Translate Microsoft 365 Copilot features into practical use cases with demonstrations, office hours, promptathons, guidance, and support.
  • Develop and run an AI champions network in line with company standards and governance.
  • Discover business needs, map workflows, define outcomes, and choose suitable AI, automation, process, or content improvements.
  • Prototype solutions and coordinate approved delivery and handoff to technical teams.
  • Work with Learning & Development on Copilot training, workshops, self-service resources, leader briefings, and ongoing reinforcement.
  • Coordinate agent governance from creation and testing through approval, publication, ownership, access, monitoring, human review, and retirement.
  • Monitor adoption, sustained use, employee feedback, obstacles, and business results.
  • Lead SharePoint readiness, including information architecture, taxonomy, metadata, permissions, search, and content lifecycle management.
  • Support Microsoft Fabric data readiness, quality, governance, architecture, and source readiness.
  • Work with Technology, Product, Data & Analytics, Systems, and Security teams.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, Power BI, Fabric, and Azure.
  • Expertise in AI readiness, use case development, adoption, enablement, and realizing business value.
  • Experience assessing and recommending non-Microsoft AI tools, including Claude and other AI technologies.
  • Substantial experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint architecture, administration, permissions, and content governance.
  • Experience enabling Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio agents through discovery, demonstrations, training, and adoption programs.
  • Working knowledge of Power Platform, Microsoft Purview, sensitivity labels, data loss prevention, and responsible agent lifecycle practices.
  • Ability to turn business challenges into clear requirements and coordinate solutions with Technology, Product, Data & Analytics, and Security teams.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and coaching skills with employees and executives.
  • Experience leading a champions program or another enterprise peer-learning model.
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and enterprise data platforms is useful for collaborating with the Data & Analytics team.
