Description

  • Join architecture teams as a specialized advisor on application and operations architecture.
  • Coordinate delivery teams across projects, initiatives, and development work with significant organizational impact.
  • Guide business partners and stakeholders through the planning, development, configuration, execution, and monitoring of innovative technology solutions.
  • Create business-aligned IT solutions and oversee policies and standards spanning data, applications, security, and infrastructure.
  • Assess prospective IT solutions and issues, escalating significant concerns as needed.
  • Diagnose issues, establish guidelines, and provide recommendations to decision-making bodies and committees.
  • Represent the unit in meetings with decision-making bodies and committees.
  • Represent Desjardins in agreements with external partners and organizations.
  • Act as a specialist advisor, resource, and coach for decision-making bodies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • At least six years of relevant professional experience.
  • Equivalent combinations of relevant qualifications and experience may be considered.
  • French proficiency is required.
  • Demonstrated action orientation.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Ability to value and work across differences.
  • Strong interpersonal judgment and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt.
