Description

  • Lead discovery workshops with customer business and technical teams to define use cases, data flows, and success measures.
  • Map customer core and vendor data to PortX’s ORCA canonical model, ensuring accurate mappings throughout.
  • Set up integrations with PortX connectors, ORCA-Gateway, and platform tools.
  • Test integrations with customers using sample data, support user acceptance testing, and secure sign-off against agreed criteria.
  • Coordinate delivery sequence, priorities, and customer commitments with the Account Manager.
  • Spot platform gaps, document customer-informed requirements, and follow delivery with Platform teams.
  • Turn recurring customer needs into templates and reusable configurations.
  • Investigate customer-reported issues, separate configuration challenges from platform defects, and report defects with reproduction steps.
  • Document customer mappings and configurations for effective handoff.
  • Work directly with customers in a role that supports business growth and customer success.
  • Own work from start to finish, adapting availability to business needs.

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in integration, implementation, solutions engineering, or technical consulting.
  • Strong data mapping skills.
  • Can interpret REST or SOAP API specifications and translate between JSON, XML, and other schemas.
  • Experience configuring an integration platform or iPaaS, such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Jitterbit, or Workato.
  • Can lead workshops and turn complex discussions into clear requirements.
  • Can write precise product requirements and bug reports.
  • Comfort using tools such as Postman and reviewing logs to troubleshoot issues.
  • Uses AI tools to accelerate mapping, analysis, and documentation.
  • Must be a US citizen; visa sponsorship is not available.
  • Preferred: experience in banking, credit unions, or payments, including core systems such as Jack Henry, Fiserv, FIS, or Corelation, digital banking, ACH, or ISO 20022.
  • Preferred: familiarity with integration frameworks such as Apache Camel or scripting.
  • Preferred: customer-facing technical experience, such as sales engineering or implementation consulting.
