Description

  • Develop and deliver features in a large-scale Flutter application used by customers.
  • Lead architectural decisions across state management, modularization, data layers, and code integration.
  • Partner with backend engineers to define and maintain API contracts.
  • Work with product and design teams to identify and shape valuable features.
  • Uphold engineering quality through code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD practices.
  • Track crashes, performance, funnel drop-off, and post-release data to guide improvements.
  • Implement payments, deep links, push notifications, offline functionality, and app store releases.
  • Support mid-level engineers through mentoring and strengthen team engineering practices.
  • Create customer-facing white-label ordering applications for restaurants across the region.

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience building and shipping mobile applications.
  • At least three years of professional Flutter and Dart development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Flutter internals, including widget lifecycles, rendering, rebuild behavior, and jank diagnosis.
  • Experience applying structured approaches such as Clean Architecture or layered architecture.
  • Experience with state management frameworks such as BLoC, Riverpod, or Provider.
  • Comfort using dependency injection and repository patterns.
  • Ability to design and write code with testability in mind.
  • Experience creating unit, widget, and integration tests.
  • Experience with platform channels, native SDKs, and iOS and Android build configuration.
  • Experience releasing applications through the App Store and Google Play Store.
  • Strong English communication skills and a willingness to document work in writing.
