Senior EAM Solutions Architect - Remote in Kentucky

Lead IBM Maximo enterprise asset management architecture for U.S. Government facility maintenance operations. Define platform architecture, integrations, security, and data models supporting Army programs.

Description

  • Own technical direction for an IBM Maximo enterprise asset management platform used in facility maintenance operations
  • Maintain the target architecture, data model, and interface control documentation
  • Configure Maximo Manage and Maximo Mobile for QR-code requests, priority dispatch, mobile execution, inventory custody, and financial reconciliation
  • Choose an Army-approved hosting and connectivity approach with the System Engineer and Cybersecurity/RMF Lead
  • Establish data-export formats and ownership boundaries while supporting platform portability and reducing vendor lock-in
  • Review configuration and integration updates and keep the configuration register current
  • Contribute architecture, data-flow, and boundary documentation for ATO evidence
  • Develop secure configuration baselines and least-privilege access controls
  • Explain architecture decisions, risks, and planned changes to technical teams, non-technical stakeholders, and the Government customer
  • Direct the technical work of the Maximo Functional Lead and Integration/API Engineer
  • Support site surveys, pilot programs, and go-live activities during periodic travel to Fort Campbell

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of enterprise asset management experience
  • At least 5 years designing IBM Maximo architectures; MAS 8/9 experience is preferred
  • End-to-end delivery of at least two production Maximo implementations
  • Experience modeling data for facilities and real-property asset hierarchies
  • Background designing integrations with ERP and financial systems, including SAP-based platforms or comparable systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Ability to pass a background check and obtain installation access
  • CompTIA Security+ certification required when privileged system access is granted
  • IBM Maximo MAS certification preferred
  • Experience with Azure Government or DoD IL4/IL5 hosting patterns preferred
  • Familiarity with Army work-request and financial systems preferred
  • TOGAF certification preferred
  • ITIL Foundation certification preferred
  • Experience supporting Department of Defense installations, contracts, or programs is advantageous
