Senior Digital Marketing Manager – Remote Philippines

Description

  • Act as the main operational contact for assigned US accounts
  • Oversee daily deliverables and facilitate weekly client status meetings
  • Prepare performance reports grounded in campaign data
  • Plan, launch, and monitor paid search, local SEO and listings, email and CRM, and social media campaigns
  • Improve third-party delivery listings, execute local promotions, and oversee menu merchandising on DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub
  • Apply generative AI tools and prompt frameworks to accelerate copywriting, creative testing, client presentation development, and competitor analysis
  • Manage tasks and sprint activity in ClickUp, Asana, or Trello
  • Verify that all deliverables follow established SOPs and brand standards
  • Monitor conversion rates, ROAS, CAC, and factors influencing local foot traffic
  • Turn performance patterns into practical strategic recommendations
  • Collaborate with client contacts, designers, and external partners on marketing calendars and product launches

Requirements

  • At least five years of hands-on experience delivering multi-channel digital marketing across paid search, local SEO, social media, and email or CRM
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, marketing, or a related discipline
  • Experience working for a technology company or startup
  • Strong business acumen
  • Client-facing experience with status meetings, timeline ownership, and written communication for US-based stakeholders
  • Advanced prompt engineering and practical AI operations experience with ChatGPT, Claude, and Midjourney
  • Proficiency with Asana, ClickUp, or Trello, including sprint tracking, task ownership, and documentation
  • Native or near-native English proficiency in written and spoken communication
  • Availability and ability to work overnight shifts aligned with US Pacific Time
  • Experience managing third-party delivery marketing and listings on DoorDash, Uber Eats, or Grubhub preferred
  • Prior startup or advertising agency experience preferred
  • Experience marketing multi-location restaurants, food and beverage businesses, or franchise retail preferred
  • Previous work in a fast-paced US or Philippine digital agency preferred
  • Working knowledge of Yext, BrightLocal, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Mailchimp preferred
  • Legal eligibility to work remotely as a freelancer or contractor from the Philippines
  • Filipino citizenship or a valid Philippine work visa or permit for foreign nationals
  • Personal computer or laptop capable of meeting the role’s work requirements
  • Fast, dependable home internet with a minimum speed of 200–300 Mbps
  • Quiet, distraction-free home office environment
  • Flexibility to work changing US schedules
  • Client pre-approval required for any overtime
