Senior DevSecOps Engineer – Remote, United States

Lead CI/CD, infrastructure, and security architecture for federal health supply-chain software at Latitude IT Solutions. Guide automated delivery, compliance, and engineering team development.

Description

  • Lead supply chain and logistics software design for a federal health customer
  • Own product-line CI/CD architecture from source control through production release
  • Integrate automated security, quality, and compliance controls into delivery pipelines
  • Define infrastructure-as-code standards and assess implementation changes
  • Reduce build and deployment times by eliminating manual processes
  • Mentor engineers in pipeline ownership and strengthen delivery practices
  • Partner directly with customer stakeholders and delivery teams
  • Set technical direction while remaining involved in hands-on implementation

Requirements

  • Master’s degree plus at least 18 years of experience in software delivery, platform engineering, or DevSecOps
  • Proven ownership of CI/CD architecture for a system or product line
  • Production experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or an equivalent tool
  • Experience operating Kubernetes in a regulated environment
  • Experience integrating automated security scanning that blocks releases when required
  • Experience applying STIG hardening and supporting security accreditation, including accreditation-driven build planning, evidence collection, scanning, and remediation
  • Ability to obtain and retain a federal Public Trust background investigation
  • US citizenship required
  • At least three years of physical residence in the United States
  • Ability to satisfy access requirements for protected and/or classified information may be required
