Description

  • Own the hands-on design of high-profile presentations, sizzle reels, videos, and strategic visual communications
  • Produce executive and keynote decks, Property Snapshot materials, strategic storytelling decks, sizzle reels, video edits, and motion graphics
  • Turn complex business concepts into clear narratives, persuasive layouts, and polished presentation-ready deliverables
  • Deliver presentation and graphic design, video editing, and light motion work using Adobe After Effects
  • Provide art direction for assigned portions of projects
  • Mentor the team’s Designer
  • Advance the Studio’s creative practice through constructive feedback and close collaboration
  • Create style guides, visual systems, presentation templates, diagrams, and icons as project needs arise
  • Coordinate with external creative specialists
  • Uphold rigorous standards for craft, clarity, and detail
  • Help develop the Designer’s capabilities and elevate the Studio’s overall creative quality
  • Report to the Art Director while collaborating with the Designer, Creative Producer, Franchise, Licensing, Marketing, and external creative partners

Requirements

  • At least seven years of relevant experience spanning presentation design, graphic design, motion, video, or related multidisciplinary work
  • Advanced command of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Advanced command of Keynote and/or PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to edit video
  • Ability to create light motion work in Adobe After Effects
  • An exceptional portfolio showing strength in presentation design, graphic design, visual storytelling, motion, and video
  • Strong typography, layout, composition, narrative, and visual communication skills across static and time-based formats
  • Experience mentoring designers and directing components of projects
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary internal and external teams
  • Working knowledge of AI-assisted creative and production workflows for concept development, image generation, presentation creation, motion, and emerging video tools
  • Good judgment in evaluating when AI-assisted workflows improve the final work
