Senior Data Scrubbing and Survey Programming Analyst – Cint, India Remote

Description
- Own the cleaning and scrubbing of survey data
- Detect and remove duplicate, fraudulent, and otherwise low-quality responses
- Assess client specifications and defined data-quality thresholds
- Recommend best practices for validation, quota controls, and respondent-quality management
- Perform QA checks for straight-lining, speeding, and other indicators of fraudulent responses
- Maintain clean, correctly formatted, and privacy-compliant data structures
- Prepare datasets for delivery in SPSS, Excel, CSV, and comparable formats
- Remove or anonymize personally identifiable information in accordance with regulations including GDPR
- Investigate and resolve data-quality problems
- Escalate anomalies and respondent-flow bottlenecks identified during live fieldwork
- Work closely with Project Managers and client-side research teams
- Share progress updates on data-delivery schedules
Requirements
- At least three years of hands-on full-service project management or survey programming experience in market research, panel, or data-collection settings
- Advanced expertise with major survey programming platforms such as Decipher, Qualtrics, Alchemer, or comparable ResTech tools
- Strong practical knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Python or XML experience is an advantage
- Exceptional analytical and quality-assurance capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to deliver accurate survey logic and error-free data files
- Substantial experience working with internal stakeholders and external clients
- Proven ability to manage expectations, resolve technical questions, and deliver work on schedule
