Description
- Lead MVP2 analysis for an Individual Rights Workflow Tool implemented on Pega
- Assess data structures and determine the data points within scope
- Review current data sourcing and extraction, including country-level variations and business rules
- Establish data ownership across the organization
- Assess future retrieval approaches such as APIs, data lakes or marts, and robotic extensions
- Document dependencies and contribute to high-level cost estimates
- Produce detailed documentation for each data set, covering its structure, current state, ownership, and future sourcing options
- Coordinate contributions from multiple teams and manage stakeholders
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience analyzing data collection, structures, and flows
- Sound knowledge of data governance, ownership, and lineage principles
- Working familiarity with API integrations
- Ability to identify and document business rules, dependencies, and current-state processes
- Highly organized, detail-focused approach to structured and unstructured data
- Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills across multiple teams
- Fluent or C1+ English proficiency
- Background in banking, financial services, or another regulated industry is advantageous
