Senior Content Analyst (India, Remote) | Precision Medicine Group

Lead the mapping, governance, and quality management of payer and provider data supporting Precision Medicine Group’s healthcare intelligence products. Maintain accurate hierarchies, strengthen data standards, and support scalable analytics operations.

Description

  • Manage the accuracy, consistency, and scalability of governed payer and provider intelligence assets
  • Map payer, plan, HCP, and provider records into DecodeRx hierarchies by resolving inconsistent names, identifiers, and structures
  • Research online and source materials to verify and enhance record information
  • Apply confidence ratings, record mapping decisions, prepare outputs for review, quality-check junior analyst work, and resolve exceptions
  • Monitor, validate, cleanse, and enhance data to preserve quality
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify critical data elements and establish data quality standards
  • Maintain data dictionaries, lineage documentation, and metadata management practices
  • Develop and maintain governance policies, procedures, standards, dashboards, scorecards, and reports
  • Track data integrity across multiple systems and applications
  • Profile and analyze data to identify quality problems and recommend corrective measures
  • Coordinate data management processes with related development and delivery work
  • Train end users in data management, mapping practices, and operational procedures
  • Support compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory obligations
  • Contribute to data governance committees and enterprise data management strategy initiatives
  • Collect internal user and external client feedback and convert it into data product enhancements
  • Work with Product Owners, Product Managers, Engineering and DevOps, Content SMEs, Delivery, Client Success, and Operations across global time zones
  • Report to the DecodeRx Product Owner or Product Support Lead

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
  • Three to five years of experience in payer analytics, formulary or claims data management, content mapping, data governance, or a related area
  • Strong knowledge of formulary and patient claims data, data quality, metadata management, data lineage, and data governance
  • Working familiarity with payer and HCP/provider mapping, content research, SQL, data modeling, and database management systems
  • Experience using master data management, data profiling, and data analysis tools
  • At least two combined years of experience working with United States healthcare data
  • Knowledge of data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance obligations
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency
  • Experience with Reltio, Informatica, or other master data management platforms is preferred
  • Familiarity with Snowflake is preferred
  • Thorough understanding of payer, plan, and provider structures and related hierarchies
  • Strong critical thinking and attention to detail
  • Ability to break broad assignments into actionable, documented, and trackable steps
  • Ability to explain complex mapping and data concepts clearly to varied audiences
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and cultures, mentor colleagues, give constructive feedback, manage assignments, and resolve conflicts
