Senior Consultant Lead, Professional Services – Systematics Banking
Advise financial institutions on FIS Systematics banking technology and transformation initiatives. Lead strategic consulting engagements and complex projects, shaping scalable recommendations with clients and stakeholders.

- Advise Systematics clients on business and technology initiatives
- Design Systematics solutions that meet client needs, operational goals, and growth plans
- Lead client engagements and work with stakeholders to address business challenges
- Translate client needs and business requirements into scalable technology recommendations
- Share expertise on Systematics products, capabilities, and practices
- Lead complex technology projects independently or with a consulting team to deliver client outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Extensive experience with the Systematics platform and related banking technologies
- Strong consulting and client relationship management experience in financial services or technology
- Experience with large financial institutions and enterprise banking environments
- Knowledge of banking operations, core banking systems, and digital transformation
- Experience leading business process improvement or modernization programs
- Experience contributing to strategic technology planning and enterprise architecture discussions
- Consulting experience in fintech, banking, or financial services
- Relevant industry, product, or project management certifications
