Description

  • Join Marsh Tech’s AMSI team as a B2-level engineer in Gurugram.
  • Work in infrastructure support, DevOps, database, or application support engineering, depending on business needs and fit.
  • Collaborate with teammates and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Adjust to changing priorities and project environments.
  • Work in a 24/7 environment, including rostered rotating shifts as needed.
  • Complete the aptitude assessment on the Mettl online platform.
  • Take part in a technical discussion with the core team.
  • Complete the final HR interview and offer process.

Requirements

  • Hold a B.E., B.Tech, or MCA in Computer Science or IT.
  • Have at least 80% marks in undergraduate or postgraduate studies, with 80% or higher in each semester.
  • Be graduating in 2027 and have no backlogs.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communicate effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with a team.
  • Be willing to learn and adapt to change.
  • Have exposure to at least one programming language.
  • Have a strong foundation in PL/SQL.
  • Understand software development lifecycle basics and version control tools such as Git.
  • Have practical experience from internships, projects, or coding competitions.
  • Know the basics of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure and their services.
  • Understand AI/ML fundamentals, including supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks, and large language models.
  • Be familiar with AI assistants such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Microsoft Copilot for code generation and debugging.
  • Understand AI/ML applications in IT operations, including AIOps, intelligent monitoring, automated incident response, and predictive analytics.
  • Be aware of responsible AI principles, including data privacy, bias mitigation, and ethical use in enterprise settings.
  • Be willing to work 24/7, including rostered rotating shifts.
  • Complete required skill certifications after selection and submit proof before joining.
