Senior BI Data Analyst – KPIs and Performance

Description
- Analyze financial and operational performance metrics
- Create dashboards and presentations for executive audiences
- Enable leadership and senior management to make data-informed decisions
- Develop and track strategic KPIs
- Evaluate P&L results, costs, and overall business performance
- Build reporting dashboards in Power BI
- Present results to the Board of Directors and C-level leadership
- Automate analytical workflows and processes with Python and SQL
- Assist FP&A with forecasting, simulations, and sensitivity analysis
- Uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve performance
- Partner with Controllership, Pricing, Sales, and Technology teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Substantial experience working with corporate data analysis
- Proficiency in Power BI and SQL
- Advanced Excel capability, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and Power Query
- Proficiency in Python or a comparable programming language
- Strong analytical ability, sound logical reasoning, and effective communication
- Financial modeling and scenario analysis experience is preferred
- Knowledge of Big Data, cloud computing, and process automation is preferred
