Description

  • Develop and maintain scalable, secure REST APIs with Spring Boot 3, including correct HTTP status handling and integration with external systems.
  • Implement authentication and authorization using Spring Security and JWT.
  • Optimize SQL Server queries and database transactions with JPA to improve system performance and stability.
  • Apply resilience patterns such as Resilience4j to support application availability and fault tolerance.
  • Structure error handling with @ControllerAdvice and Bean Validation for robust validation workflows.
  • Write unit and integration tests with JUnit and Mockito to maintain code quality.
  • Support the stabilization of critical systems by identifying and resolving backend bottlenecks.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement, including SQL query optimization and integration through HttpClient, WebClient, or RestTemplate.

Requirements

  • Strong backend development experience with Java 17 or 21 and Spring Boot 3.
  • Advanced knowledge of Spring Security, JWT-based authentication, and role and permission management.
  • Proficiency with JPA and relational databases, particularly SQL Server, including the ability to write efficient queries.
  • Experience integrating external services, APIs, and microservices, along with applying resilience patterns.
  • Familiarity with JUnit and Mockito testing tools.
  • Ability to work in agile environments with frontend, DevOps, and other stakeholder teams.
  • Knowledge of error handling, application logging, and monitoring.
  • Experience with critical or highly available systems is a plus.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
