Govern Truist’s AWS and Azure cloud services through ServiceNow automation. Build secure onboarding workflows, integrations, and governance capabilities for enterprise technology teams.

Description

  • Support enterprise cloud service adoption, governance, and enablement
  • Administer and improve cloud onboarding, governance, and workflow solutions
  • Increase operational efficiency and simplify cloud adoption
  • Maintain compliance with enterprise policies, standards, and security requirements
  • Assess technical and operational challenges and evaluate associated risks
  • Create scalable solutions and propose process improvements
  • Work with cloud engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, risk, and application teams
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain software components and services
  • Deliver features and enhancements according to established coding standards and architectural patterns
  • Produce maintainable code and contribute to peer reviews
  • Coordinate with cross-functional technical teams to deliver solutions on schedule
  • Investigate, debug, and resolve software defects and production incidents
  • Contribute across requirements refinement, design, development, testing, deployment, and support
  • Use secure coding practices, testing approaches, and documentation standards
  • Apply frameworks, tools, and technologies across AWS and Azure environments

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of experience, or equivalent education, software engineering training, or relevant work experience
  • Extensive knowledge of information systems, including the ability to identify, apply, and implement IT best practices
  • Understanding of core business processes and competitive strategies related to the IT function
  • Fluency in English
  • Must not require employer sponsorship for work visa status or employment authorization
  • Experience supporting enterprise cloud governance, enablement, onboarding, or cloud operations functions
  • At least 3 years of experience developing and administering ServiceNow solutions, workflows, and integrations for technology operations and cloud services
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow development, including JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and platform automation
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Request Management, Service Catalog, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Change Management, and workflow automation
  • Experience using REST and SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, system integrations, and automation for cloud onboarding and governance
  • Familiarity with AWS and Azure cloud services, account provisioning, operational processes, and governance requirements
  • Experience in Agile and DevOps environments and on cross-functional technology initiatives
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement abilities, including assessment of risks, dependencies, and operational effects
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across cloud engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, risk, and application teams
  • Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification preferred; other ServiceNow or cloud certifications are advantageous
