Senior Associate, Financial Due Diligence – PwC London

Description
- Support private equity firms, investment funds, and corporate clients during mergers, acquisitions, and disposals
- Advise clients across the deal lifecycle on buy-side and sell-side transactions
- Conduct financial due diligence and detailed analysis of business and financial information
- Use advanced data analytics tools, including Alteryx
- Apply transaction execution expertise to support deals and produce high-quality client outcomes
- Develop a data-driven and Value Creation mindset
- Present complex due diligence findings through innovative, cloud-based reporting platforms
- Deliver insights while collaborating with colleagues, clients, and senior stakeholders across diverse projects
Requirements
- Applicants must be at SA2 level
- ACA qualification or an international equivalent, or comparable relevant work experience
- Industry experience in energy, utilities, mining and infrastructure; healthcare and pharmaceuticals; industrial manufacturing and services; retail, consumer and leisure; real estate; or technology, media, and telecommunications
- Broad client experience and enthusiasm for collaborative client work
- Report-writing experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with Alteryx, Power BI, or other data analytics and visualization tools is beneficial
