- Process large volumes of detailed data to support analysis
- Build analytical models that reveal patterns, behaviors, and trends
- Create segmentation and clustering models to inform decisions
- Spot inefficiencies, anomalies, and opportunities to improve processes
- Turn complex analyses into practical recommendations with measurable impact
- Work with data that is incomplete, varied, or unstructured
- Build and improve analytical pipelines and data models
- Collaborate with business teams to create value from data
Requirements
- Advanced SQL skills
- Use Python for data analysis and processing
- Experience working with big data
- Knowledge of Spark, Databricks, or comparable distributed platforms
- Experience with analytical data modeling
- Applied statistics and exploratory data analysis skills
- Experience handling semi-structured and unstructured data
- Experience developing and optimizing data pipelines
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Experience analyzing logs, events, and user journeys is a plus
- Knowledge of Process Mining or Task Mining is a plus
- Experience using machine learning to identify patterns and anomalies is a plus
- Experience with time series and sequential analysis is a plus
- Using generative AI to speed up analysis and data exploration is a plus
- Knowledge of data lakes, data mesh, or modern data architectures is a plus
