Description
- Oversee campaigns using client-supplied assets and campaigns with produced content
- Build client partnerships that support repeat business and strong post-campaign feedback
- Lead key accounts and guide conversations with clients
- Manage projects from kickoff through delivery, overseeing each stage of the process
- Coordinate content planning, production shoots and post-production
- Oversee client reviews and communicate feedback between clients and internal teams
- Coordinate internal teams to keep campaigns running smoothly
- Work with editorial, social, AdOps and paid social teams to plan and launch campaigns across regions and verticals
- Keep projects on schedule and meet deadlines
- Support insertion orders and campaign scheduling, and resolve inventory conflicts
- Gather and quality-check ad tags and creative assets
- Track and reconcile campaign delivery across platforms
- Assess campaign results against client goals
- Share campaign performance updates across departments
- Prepare final campaign reports in spreadsheets and presentations
- Present final campaign reports to clients and agencies
Requirements
- Immediate availability is strongly preferred
- Be based in London and able to travel to the Old Street office
- Have 6–7 years of account or project management experience in advertising or publishing, focused on digital media
- Understand social media advertising and content production
- Be able to manage multiple tasks on tight schedules
- Have strong written and spoken communication skills
- Bring problem-solving skills and strategic thinking
- Be detail-focused with strong time management
- Focus on solutions and manage internal and external expectations
- Bring a positive, energetic approach that motivates the team
- Be able to mentor more junior team members
- Have a thorough understanding of sales, creative and production processes
- Be confident managing demanding client relationships
- Work independently and effectively
- Be eligible to work in the UK
