Senior 340B Project Coordinator

Lead 340B quality measurement and improvement projects at University Hospitals. Coordinate regulatory work, data collection, vendors, schedules, and initiatives with Pharmacy Leadership.

Description

  • Oversee quality measurement, improvement, evaluation, and implementation projects.
  • Work with Pharmacy Leadership to develop project methods and manage project and implementation plan components.
  • Plan and lead work involving regulatory matters, protocol writing, operations manuals, and data collection.
  • Handle regulatory requirements as needed.
  • Coordinate projects across University Hospitals departments.
  • Provide leadership with concise, timely project updates.
  • Lead primary data collection and oversee the compilation and analysis of secondary datasets.
  • Support projects that rely on interdepartmental and external resources.
  • Track and report project schedules and deadlines.
  • Manage relationships with external customers and health system vendors.
  • Coordinate work with UHHS colleagues and project collaborators.
  • Guide and mentor Project Coordinators and educate team members.
  • Carry out other assigned duties.
  • Follow organizational policies and standards, including requirements for protecting PHI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, healthcare administration, or a related field (required).
  • At least five years of experience in a healthcare setting (required).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to shifting priorities, and meet deadlines (required).
  • Project management experience (preferred).
  • Ability to deliver results independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet applications.
  • Experience obtaining IRB approval for studies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with people at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to safeguard Protected Health Information (PHI).
  • Willingness to travel locally to UH sites 5% of the time.
