Description

  • Drive business growth for Nova’s China Applications department
  • Deliver OCD solutions and application engineering support
  • Provide on-site metrology solutions to users across CMP, CVD, lithography, and etch process groups
  • Build technical relationships and effective communication channels with customers
  • Analyze customer processes and technical issues
  • Track developments and trends across the semiconductor industry
  • Maintain current knowledge of metrology applications and products
  • Conduct pre-sales demonstrations and customer presentations
  • Develop new and existing applications with LTD or other subsidiaries
  • Support sales activities and provide sales-related information to marketing
  • Work with customers, sales, headquarters, and FSE teams to identify business opportunities in China

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or higher in physical science, materials science engineering, or chemical engineering
  • Knowledge of semiconductor processes
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to travel to various regions for up to two months of basic training and subsequent support activities
  • Strong analytical, multitasking, interpersonal, and emotional intelligence skills, along with a constructive attitude
  • Interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment while meeting demanding timelines
  • Proactive approach with the ability to learn and work independently
